We are currently in the process of building our dream home with LTB and are approximately 80% complete as I write this today. This is my 5th home to build and I can say without a doubt this is the BEST and MOST ORGANIZED home builder I have ever worked with!!
I have learned over the years it takes experience, time, organization, structure and a great staff in order to complete a project such as a custom home. LTB has all that!! From our first meeting with Michael at our home site, we felt we were in good hands. Michael and Brent went over everything not only with us, but had their entire team present from the financial person, to the superintendent to the designers. Everyone was on the same page from the start. One of my concerns taking on this project was communication. I am the type of person that wants to know what’s happening and when and where is the paper trail when changes come into play. LTB has that all under control! They use a software program so everyone has the same info and knows what changes have been made and when and what it is going to cost. This tool has been a great asset from my standpoint.
Our superintendent is Cory and I have always believed, “Your home is only as good as your superintendent!” Cory has been outstanding since day 1. He holds weekly meetings so we can discuss details and schedules and he comes prepared with his computer/notes and whatever tools he needs for that particular meeting. He responds to our calls and text messages promptly and we so appreciate that. I know I will truly have a well-built home when it is all said and done.
LTB also has 2 of the best interior designers out there. All I can say is that I would be completely lost without Nicole and Brie. Those ladies know their stuff and made it a point to understand my vision so they knew how to help guide me in making decisions. One of the things that impressed me the most was in several of our design meetings, it became very apparent very quickly that LTB has great relationships with their suppliers. It was such a comfort to me knowing Nicole understood my wants and was able to communicate with the cabinet guy or the tile company to make sure they understood what I wanted. They have made the process so much easier and I am truly grateful!!
All in all, if you are looking for a true custom home experience, you cannot go wrong with LTB. I highly recommend them and should I one day find myself wanting to build another home, I would not hesitate to hire them again.
