Building a custom house is not a simple process. It takes patience, attention to detail, responsiveness, accountability, and persistence. All these qualities LTB incorporates into the building process. Our custom home had many challenges that LTB faced head on, and most of the time, exceeded our expectations. They made sure that the quality of work was the highest standard and made sure to fix any item that we felt needed to be addressed. Rather than make excuses, they took responsibility for their subcontractors’ work and were persistent in making sure the attention to detail was followed through to completion.
Most importantly, LTB held all their subs accountable for completing all loose ends and were very responsive to us on where the project was each week and what had been done. Any questions we had, were addressed and often, pictures were sent to reflect the status update. They utilize Builder Trend that keeps the workflow organized and easy to maintain. Payments were also a breeze to understand and track and any questions were addressed in detail.
LTB’s design team made selections enjoyable and helped us to get everything just the way we wanted it. The entire team works together and communicates efficiently and effectively so everyone is informed on the progress. The entire LTB team seems excited to work there and takes pride in their work as well as helps to back up one another when out which helps to keep the project moving along smoothly.
